HOW CAN I START A RETURN?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@aristecltd.com. We have a 14-day return policy, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also still have proof of purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO BE DELIVERED?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays), and we will let you know once this has been sent.

For UK (Mainland and Islands) orders, our courier is APC, meaning goods will arrive the day after posting with First Class shipping.

For International orders, our parcels are sent tracked and signed for. EU parcels should arrive within 5 working days, and 14 working days for all other countries.

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/INCOMPLETE - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have received your order and and noticed something is wrong, missing or damaged, please contact us at info@aristecltd.com.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If a tracking number has been provided depending on your location, please check that first. Please also check whether your parcel has been left in a safe space near your house.

If your parcel has still not arrived, please send us an email at info@aristecltd.com and we will follow up with the delivery service on our end.

WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please allow some time for your confirmation to come through after purchasing, and also remember to check your junk folder. If, however, the email still does not come through, please contact us at info@aristecltd.com.

IS THE CLOTHING FIT TRUE TO SIZE?

The fit is true to size for both genders. If you're looking for an oversized fit, order 1 size up from your original.

WHAT SIZES DO WE OFFER?

We offer everything ranging from an XS (Extra Small) to an XXL (Extra Extra Large) for most items.
